Delivery

Our in-house delivery service will carry out most of our deliveries. Only the smaller items that can be sent via a courier, we do not deliver personally, unless we are in your area.

Our driver will be happy to help you carry your furniture into your home and even assemble where required. Many are even craftsmen themselves and will be able to advise on the care.

We cover most of England, Wales & Scotland including much of the Scottish Highlands. For locations in Europe, NI or elsewhere, we use a pallet service.

Delivery Costs

Smaller items £6.45
Furniture:
– England, Wales, Scotland (including Highlands): FREE
– Isle of Man: £250
– All other Isles includes NI: POA
– Europe: POA

Our Lead Times

Most larger pieces take approx 6-10 weeks to craft. Lead times also depend on location and when we are next visiting your area. At peak times like Christmas, things my take a little longer and is why our lead times are only an estimation.
